For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tested products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Fees

Lost or Stolen Packages
ÉLLEST Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.
